Sage on Jackson is an award winning project located in the heart of Milwaukee’s thriving central downtown district. Owned by Dominion Properties, this 20 unit multi-family apartment housing development was the first project to be awarded a LEED Platinum certification in the state of Wisconsin. The innovative design requires less energy, has a low carbon footprint, and produces less waste than conventional designs. Various aspects of the building, structural and mechanical design, as well as construction materials and methods, were carefully considered to achieve maximum reduction in resident energy consumption.
